The apartments were spacious and had a nice view of a garden. The location was convenient, with shops and amenities nearby. The staff was helpful and professional, and the free internet worked well for basic use.
The apartments felt a bit shabby and lacked amenities like a gym or bar. The soundproofing could be improved, as noise from neighboring apartments was easily heard.

Everything was good expect the parking, which was locked (someone forget to give back the key for reception) and police charged me for parking in weekend, in front of hotel, which was wrong....
Old carpet, room have to be cleaned well, it seems somebody lived with animals.

Priced right in Brussels, in a quite residental and business district. We had a flat overlooking the courtyard so it was very quite. We arrived on a Sunday night after a very busy week so it was nice to have a peaceful room. Not many options for dinner on a Sunday night but we did find an Irish pub around the corner for a quick bite and there was a convience store a block away. Not in a touristy area but tram was 2 blocks away so it was easy to get around the city.
Only complaint was that the door was hard to open/close - we were in room 127.

I recently had a pleasant surprise during my stay at this hotel. The check-in team was extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the start. The apartment I booked was on the quieter side of the building, providing a peaceful environment for me to relax and work. The apartment itself was nicely furnished and had all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, allowing me to have a leisurely breakfast in the comfort of my own space. The free wireless internet connection was also a great feature, making it convenient for me to stay connected while on business. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to public transport, allowing me to explore the city center within a short commute.
All was perfect during my stay at this hotel.

Spacious apartment with all the necessary you need for a weekend or week in Brussels.
A bit noisy with the frontside window, but since we had specifically asked for that it is not a point to complain about :-)

Location close to tram and Metro. Balconyn though faced towards a very extremely untidy backyard,
The backyard. The appartment was classified as a vip appartment. Right under the appartment was a night club that opened about 12.00 pm when I got to bed and played very loud until 4.30 A.M. That is not vip. The rough backyard beneath the balcony felt not very vip. The short bathtub and other details in bathroom not very vip. The biggest problem. WiFi connection "free of charge", did not work. Seemingly good connection but password did not work. When asking the staff they had not a clue whatsoever of this and said, It works. No, I said. Even thoug demonstrating that it does not work, they say, "It should work". Ok, we will contact the support staff (at some telcom company), but we don't think we will get an answer". For business trips this is a serias fault. Promised internet connecttion should work., The staff at this hotel barely had a brief knowledge of this, and probably happened to not be informed about the latest password change from the internet provider.

Spent new year at a great apartment in a lovely, convenient area. The tram and bus stop was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area and venture further into town. The apartment was comfortably furnished, and the kitchen had all the needed appliances, allowing us to cook some meals in. We appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi and the option to rent DVDs.
The bathroom was a little dated and could have used some updating. there wasn't anyone at reception all the time, so we had to be sure to arrive during the hours of operation.

It would be nice if there would be a daily towle change and room cleaning...but then again they inform you before that it is not expected, so it s ok.it s not that we change towles everyday when we are at home..and its a flat.maybe an extra mob that we could clean would be nice. but we liked our stay anyway

The hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was exceptional. With spacious rooms and all kitchenette facilities, it felt like a home away from home. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. Lastly, the hotel's location was perfect. It was just a short walk from the city center, allowing me to easily explore the area. Additionally, the attention to detail in the rooms and the basic amenities provided were top-notch.
All aspects of my stay were more than satisfactory.

Location and price were reasonable. Tram to centre at 5 min. walk. Large room with good equiped kitchen.
Very noisy hotel rooms. Neighbours and the nightclub in the basement kept us awake the whole night.

I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the size of the apartment. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary kitchenette facilities. The attention to detail was evident, with clean bed sheets and a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, conveniently located near shops and a tram stop, allowing easy access to the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing good service throughout my stay.
All in all, everything was great and there was nothing that could be improved.

Very convenient to have my own kitchen. Staff have absolutely fluent English and were very helpful, e.g. allowing me to leave my bag for the weekend and delivering it to my room for the second leg of my stay. You can rent DVDs cheaply from reception which is a nice touch.
My room was not ready at check in time. Apartments a bit dated with a few minor things broken. As is usual for aparthotels, the reception is not 24 hour so could be inconvenient if you had a problem, although this one has longer opening hours than most and there is an emergency number.
